Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How to be a Creamline Dealer?

Very simple process.  Just dial any of the numbers of creamline, state your name, give the place where you want to operate and ask who is the Area Manager in charge in the area.

Minimum required investment is dependent on the area the dealer wants to operate.

Does Creamline give exclusive dealership?

Yes.  BDO will assess your account, and perhaps give you the number of freezers to be deployed in your area, in exchange for the exclusivity.  In practice, dealer should be able to deploy at least 30 freezers to be able to enjoy the exclusivity grant.

What type of freezer is ideal for me?

This obviously depends on the daily unit sales and the space available. Dealers may select one medium, one small; two small or two medium or one large. It should not be limited to just one medium. Sometimes, it makes sense to buy one small and one large, the latter being used in a non-premium space as back-up freezer to minimize out of stock situations.

All freezer purchases must be paid for in cash.

What other Business Opportunities does the company offers?

Nationwide Dealers
mission and vision
Creamline is looking for highly motivated entrepreneurs who want to start their own retail business with a small capital investment.  We also have business propositions for entrepreneurs who have the capital to invest in a distributorship or dealerships that will give opportunities for bigger returns.  Sales results can be very fulfilling in markets that are "ripe" for a high quality affordable ice cream product line.  Good sales volume, largely a function of how much effort the investor puts in the business, will mean high return on investment.

Distributors are business partners who sell to dealers and some retailers. They are required to own a cold storage facility or depot and they are given an exclusive sales territory, usually a province or a district. They must own and deploy at least 100 freezers and depending on their territory, must have sales people and delivery vehicles dedicated to this business. CLICK HERE TO VIEW ARTICLE

Dealers

Dealers are business partners whose capital investment is much lower compared to a distributor's. Selling mostly to retailers, a dealer can start off with only ten small freezers that he or she will deploy to ten outlets in a certain area. He does not need an expensive refrigerated van or truck for pick up and delivery of products. He only needs ... CLICK HERE TO VIEW ARTICLE

Retailers

Retailers are business partners who sell directly to the consumers. This is a great opportunity for people who want to start their own business, or to add to their already existing business, with very little investment and risk. The Retailers do not have to invest in a freezer. The Dealer covering their area will supply a freezer for free provided they meet the minimum required sales per week under the Instant Negosyo or equivalent program. However, Retailers who already own freezers, or who prefer to buy their own, may opt to use their own freezers and not be subject to the minimum order requirement.

The Dealer will deliver the goods directly to their stores. The only financial investment of a Retailer are the supply of ice cream to fill the freezer (which can be as low as P2,000-P3,000 depending on the mix of products selected) and the electricity for the freezer. With determination and hardwork, you can join hundreds of other successful new entrepreneurs selling Creamline products.

Franchisees

Franchisees are business partners who sell directly to consumers through scooping stations. Creamline grants a franchise to qualified individuals to market its products in locations with heavy foot traffic like malls, schools, cafeterias, bus terminals, etc. Creamline grants two types of franchises:

  • Regular Kiosk – franchise fee is Php 200,000 plus initial stock worth Php 8,000. The franchise package includes: the Creamline kiosk with lighted signage, two chest type freezers with sneeze guard (one to display various flavors and the other for storage), and other equipment needed to do business.

  • Mini Kiosk – franchise fee is Php 90,000 plus initial stock worth Php 5,000. The franchise package includes: the Creamline mini-kiosk, one chest type freezer, and other equipment needed to do business.

In addition, Creamline provides use of trade name and logo, marketing materials, training for staff, and assistance in opening an outlet. Creamline will also assist in choosing a feasible location for the kiosk. Creamline or one of the Distributors in the area will deliver the supply of ice cream.

Creamline is looking for Franchisees in some areas of Southern Luzon: Laguna, Cavite, Batangas and Quezon and some areas of Northern Luzon: Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija and Pangasinan.

Importers

Creamline is also exporting its products to foreign markets where there are concentrations of Filipinos who miss their favorite Philippine tropical fruit ice cream flavors, like ube, mango, buco/macapuno and melon. We are looking for foreign food distributors who wish to import Creamline’s products.
